Opinion: Ripping Off Apple Twice
Sonos is the first company I've seen to rip off two Apple products at once. Their digital music system looks like an iPod and mini tied together. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple decides to sue.

Jason, the Sonos system came out way earlier than the Mac mini, and they are not the only company using a click wheel, either.
I know Apple has applied for patent on the click wheel and while I don't usually approve of using a patent to crush competition it's pretty clear in this case they are ripping off Apple.
Jason, your lack of education on this topic shows. I would recommend that if you are going to start a blog about apple and their products, it should be an accurate one.
check into apple's patents on the scroll wheel.
also, the mini was just released in january, the sonos system was shown over nine months ago.
Here is the Sonos press release showing that the product began shipping in January 2005.
